We are pleased to offer free returns for changes of mind with a full refund on any product you have purchased (to the extent permitted by law). Exchanges are not possible.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Once our Customer Service team has contacted you and provided a return shipping label, the package must arrive back at our warehouse within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund.
Items must be in their original, unused condition. Any free gifts received with an order must also be returned for a full refund. We do not offer refunds simply for changes of mind on returns made after 30 days from delivery.
We will accept returns outside of the above conditions in cases of allergic reactions, damaged products, incorrect items, or defective items.
We only accept returns of products purchased from aesop.se; exchanges are not possible. Aesop products purchased elsewhere (including Aesop stores or other retail outlets such as department stores) must be returned to the original point of sale.
Due to differences in currency, pricing, and tax laws, we cannot process refunds for Aesop products purchased in a market other than the country of purchase.
